Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had to spend the time off from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show she competed throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled of her 6th position at the level of Fitness, despite having zero expectations. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to working out. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
